Ordering, Design and Production Process
When ordering your dream sundial you will need to fulfil the „Sundial Order Form“ to begin teamwork and supply us with the primary information for your sundial personalisation. So please fill in the Order Form section „Personal requirements“ most in detail and finaly self-determinated.
At no charge we collectively will discuss by e-mails to receive your written approval of mutually agreed your sundial specifications and at this stage we will indicate approximate price quote of your sundial.
Once your sundial specifications are harmonized, we will send you the „Final Sundial Order Form“ for your confirmation and Proforma Invoice for non-refundable deposit payment. Only after this payment receipt our graphic artists will perform creative work drawing(s). Often professional experts make several design changes until everybody is happy.
Lastly we must receive your written approval of Final Work Drawing and also receive the unpaid sum of total your sundial price. Only then the special refinements in drawings are made by our computeniks. These specific drawings are used for laser cutting and fabrication of your final design sundial.
Delivery of personalized Horizontal sundials can be expected within 5 to 8 weeks from receipt of your primary order and non-refundable deposit. More complicated designs of Vertical sundials and Panoramic sundials projects may take even several months to regulate and complete.
If you require delivery by a specific date, anniversary or etc, please do not leave things until the last minute!

Choosing a Design and Material
When ordering your dream sundial you are ordering not a 30 – 60 centimetres (12 – 24 inch) diameter miniature „souvenir“ sundial but with the aid of our graphic design professionals you create bespoke major and valuable article of luxury and some really unique masterpiece. In any case, after all your sundial is designed to be around for a good few hundred years!

The Horizontal sundial dial plates and the Vertical sundial shadow-receiving planes fabrication use permanent metals that weather well to provide years of maintenance-free pleasure. To your notice they can be made two (or even trio) layered different permanent metals. For instance Horizontal sundial two layers fine variant – diversely laser cut fancy patterns brass sheet upper layer and solid stainless steel sheet bottom layer. Brass will slowly darken or mantle verdigris with age, adding natural beauty.

All of our sundials are made by laser cut 2,5 mm (0,1 inch) – 20 and more mm (0,8 and more inch) thick metal plate – mainly stainless steel, corten steel and bronze. Also powder paint coated steel, marine grade aluminum and brass usable. Other metals and alloys are available upon request. Our sundials are supplied with mounting studs upon request.
If you need something specific such as detached from sundial plaque therein laser cut text, monogram or picture, please make a note in the Sundial Order Form section „Your notes“. We will contact you to discuss it.
Pricing
Your Horizontal or Vertical sundial price depend on the choice of metal and metal thickness used in the construction, dialplate size, amount of decoration, choice of gnomon style, heraldic insignias or company logos complexity on it, and etc. You pay nothing until you approve your Horizontal or Vertical sundial „Final Sundial Order Form“with our price quote.
Horizontal sundial price. Generally speaking, the larger and more complex the Horizontal sundial is, the more expensive it is. We can tell you this: 100 centimeters ( 39 inch) diameter dialplate size and 5 mm ( 0,2 inch) thick most common metal such authorial artistic Horizontal sundial order prices start at 2500 EURO/USD.
Vertical sundial price. Vertical sundials are all totally individual, require specific complex calculations to be placed in right position and can be in thousand(s) variants. Designs can be created by adding wall paintings, enamelled metal plates, painted marine plywood, mosaic tiles and plenty lot of etc. We can tell you this: depending to the sundial final place on wall of the building and enough to look solid minimum 150 centimeters ( 59 inch) diameter (or „Hight – Width“) shadow-receiving plane size and 2,5 – 5 mm (0,1 – 0,2 inch) thick metal such authorial artistic Vertical sundial order prices start at 3500 EURO/USD.
*** Panoramic sundial price. Panoramic sundials are so different with so many custom-built options, their complexity may take months to regulate and complete. We individually price every such Project because it is impossible to have set fixed pricing. Please contact us to discuss your Panoramic sundial Project.
Payment
When ordering Horizontal or Vertical sundial you will need to perform two payments by bank transfer to our bank account to receive your dream sundial.
First payment. Once your sundial specifications are harmonized, we will send you the „Final Sundial Order Form“ for your written confirmation and Proforma Invoice for non-refundable 900 EURO/USD deposit payment. (We will return your payment only in the unlikely event that we are unable to complete your order.). Only after this payment receipt creative work will continue. Please do not send any payment until you signed the „Final Sundial Order Form“.
Second (final) payment. Lastly we must receive your written approval of your sundial Final Work Drawing and also receive covering payment – the unpaid sum of total your sundial price, indicated in „Final Sundial Order Form“. Only after this payment receipt your final design Sundial will be laser cut and metal working fabricated.
Packing and Shipping
We provide your sundial expert packaging for secure transportation. (For example, made by laser cut 10 mm (0,4 inch) thick stainless steel, corten steel or bronze metal plate 1 meter (39 inch) diameter Horizontal sundials may weight 70 kilograms (154 pounds).
